FRACTIONAL CFO

RECEIVABLES/PAYABLES MANAGEMENT

Managing the cash inflows and outflows are the processes that make your cash forecasting effective. Optimizing cash flow by assuring that trade receivables are collected promptly, and that your accounts payable are made for the proper amount due and are paid at the due date.


ACCOUNTANT RECONCILIATIONS

Assure reconciliations are being performed in a fashion that indicates the transactions have been reviewed and validated to assure that the accounts are properly stated.


INTERIM CFO

Provides leadership of the finance and accounting teams on an interim basis during the absence of or after the departure of the CFO or while searching for the permanent replacement.
